Pattern for Top Opening Tissue cover

As a request from one of my readers, I have put together a quick little pattern and instructions for the top opening tissue cover.

This is the first time I have tried this method of sharing a pattern, so please let me know if you encounter any problems.

    Couldn't print it. Link opened, pattern and instructions there, but they disappeared when I tried to print. Tried again, this time I got the 4 pages but pattern pieces were cut off. Tried yet again, nothing at all.
